President: Michel Allen
Michel oversees Pioneer Dredge International operations and sales.
His international experience includes manufacture and assembly of cutterhead dredges and support equipment for marine projects in Nigeria for the last 10 years.
Michel has also extensive experience in the heavy equipment and shipping industries.
Michel’s education includes a BBS from Florida International University and a MIBA from the University of South Carolina. Traveling extensively to Africa and Latin America, he is fluent in English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese. |

Director of Operations: Thomas H. Kroeger
Tom heads Pioneer’s operations including manufacturing, production engineering, factory personnel, procurement and quality control.
As previous President of DMC, he supervised the manufacture of dredging equipment to Nigeria, India, Mexico, Costa Rica and other international markets.
Tom’s education includes a BSE from Purdue University and MBA from Indiana University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer with over 35 years experience industrial manufacturing. |

Project Engineer: Ken Graves
Ken oversees Engineering Design.
Ken has been designing and commissioning dredges since 1960.
He has worked for AMMCO, Dixie Dredge, Dredge Masters International, and Dredge and Marine Companies, just to name a few.
His experience includes everything from construction through operation of the equipment with hydraulic system design a specialty.

Applications Engineer: Bob Sutton
Bob oversees design for customized applications.
He has over 25 years experience in the design and manufacture of dredging and marine equipment.
Bob has served as V.P. of Operations and Chief Engineer at D.M.I. as well as Director of Sales at DMC.
Bob’s education includes a BSE from University of Tennessee. He is a Registered Professional Engineer with over 30 years experience in industrial manufacturing. |

International Business Development Manager: Nicolas Quéniat
Nicolas supervises international sales and Marketing with special focus on French speaking clientele and emerging markets.
Nicolas graduated from the University of Lyon (France) in Economics. Native from France, Nicolas speaks English, French, Italian and German. His sales and Marketing background includes over 15 years experience in France, United States, Africa and Italy. |

CAD Designer: Jonathan Misch
Jonathan is in charge of Pioneer's engineering graphics.
He uses AutoCad, Inventor and SolidWorks to develop complete dredge designs.
He has 5 years of mechanical design and drafting experience, and is a Certified SolidWorks Professional.
Jonathan's education includes a Mechanical Design and Drafting degree from the Tennessee Technology Center. In addition to his responsibilities with Pioneer, Jonathan is pursuing his Mechanical Engineering degree. |

Chief Financial Officer: Suzette Allen
Suzette heads up Pioneer Dredge's international finance and shipping departments.
Over the last 18 years Suzette has worked extensively in international finance and logistics.
With a BSC degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica and an MBA from the Herriot Watt University, Edinburgh Business School. |
